We are in need of any donations of the items we sell or monetary donations we use to purchase concessions items.  All proceeds from our sales go back to support the school and students in various ways.  Please see the links»»» to view the list of items we sell or be taken to the secure Paypal website to make a monetary donation. Who are we?

• We are a parent-run volunteer group.  The UC Parent Group is not run through Union Colony Prep School, but rather works in collaboration with the school to provide financial and volunteer support to teachers, groups/clubs, and the school in general to help make Union Colony the best it can be at providing a quality educational experience for our kids. 

   

  How do we do this?

• We operate concessions at UC athletic events throughout the year to generate funds. Teachers, staff and school groups submit requests for donations for various school and student needs.  We then meet, discuss and vote on the donation requests.

   

  How does the UCPG make an impact?

  All the funds we generate are used to support the staff and students of UCPS in various ways.  Here are some examples of what we have provided over the years:

• Annual After Prom Event
• Ice machine, athletic scoring table, classroom sound insulation boards and extra RAM for computers
• Cameras and lenses for publications and a live orchestra for the spring musical
• Leadership camp fees for Key Club members
• Art supplies, calculators and individual music books for students
• Various contributions to athletic teams including shooting shirts, travel bags, and pizza for fundraisers

How can you support or be a part of the Union Colony Parent Group?

We invite parents to support in ways that work for them.  Here are some ways to help:

• Attend one of our meetings.  We meet the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at UC.    
• Sign up to volunteer via the Sign-Up  links that are sent out as opportunities arise
• Donate concession items we sell or make a monetary donation for purchasing these items.
