UC Prep Carnival - UC Preparatory is returning to tradition with their “senior carnival.” On Friday, May 13th from 5:30-8:00, take your children to the Prep located at 2000 Clubhouse Drive, Greeley for a lot of great activities and a fun-filled evening.

On May 16th, the Seniors from UC Prep will walk the halls of UCE to allow our elementary school students to show their respect and appreciation for this original group of seniors.  (These students were third grade students at UCE when it opened).

The annual UCE Talent Show will take place on May 16th at 8:45-9:45.  Families are welcome to attend this event.

May 18th is the last day of school for the 2021/2022 school year.  Students will be dismissed early at 1:00 on the last day.  The bus will leave the elementary building at 1:10 and arrive at the prep building by 1:25. The bus will return to the elementary building with prep students by 1:45.

If you have an elementary student that needs bus transportation to and from the prep building daily, please fill out an application before May 31. Bus Application A new application is required each year. A lottery will be drawn to fill seats and remaining names will be placed on a wait list.

UCE “Summer School” is scheduled from May 31st - June 23rd.  Summer School will be held on Mondays through Thursdays from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.  Breakfast will be served daily and students have the option to stay and eat lunch at school from 12:00-12:30.  Many fun activities are planned and the theme is “Oceans of Possibilities!”  Please contact your teacher or Ms. Bailey if you have questions.

UCE Field Day 2022 will be held on Tuesday, May 17th.  Many exciting activities are planned including a blow-up obstacle course and a dunk-tank.  All activities are free except for the dunk tank.  Students who would like to take a shot at having Mr. Warner, Ms. Bailey, and other staff members take a wet plunge into the dunk tank will pay .50 cents for two throws.  This money will be used to offset some of the cost of the inflatables, treats and other expenses associated with Field Day.  Again, this year, all students will be given matching t-shirts by grade level to wear during field day.  Parents are invited to join in this special event.  Look for more information coming home from your classroom teacher about Field Day.
