Employment Information

Union Colony is a Colorado PERA employer who hires highly qualified teachers and staff to provide our students with the resources they need to prepare for college and other post-secondary educational opportunities.

We pay our teachers a competitive wage based on their experience and qualifications. Our minimum starting salary is $31,638 for full-time positions.

In order to be considered for a teaching position, please submit all of the following:

  • Completed application
  • Resume
  • Three letters of professional reference
  • Copy of your Colorado teaching license
  • Academic transcripts (unofficial transcripts are acceptable for initial screening only)
